Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Helping deliver projects on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations
- Working directly with the manager to manage long term & daily activities
- Pre-construction phase
- Subcontractor buyout & selection
- Logistical planning execution
- Understanding of project strategy & commitments
- Overseeing all daily field operations
- Ensuring proper site-safety, compliance, cleanliness
- Managing punch list & close out process
- Communicating with all members of the team including:
owners, architects, engineers, consultants & subs

Profile
The right Superintendent will have:
- 5
years as a field/lead Superintendent with a Commercial GC - Completed different ground-up projects valued around $10M+
- Track record of meeting deadlines
- Ability to commute within an hour of Augusta, ME
- Deep understanding of safety procedures & regulations
- Capability to preform hands on work
- Proficient in:
MS Project, Suretrak, MS Excel and MS Word
