Non-Exempt SUMMARY This position provides key support for the Communications branch of the Marketing Department by conducting a diverse range of duties including assisting the Communications team with marketing material creation, supporting the drafting and editing of communications, social media management, clerical duties to support MMG's corporate giving program and other initiatives, cataloging Comms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages MMG's social media presence by creating and scheduling regular posts including posts and campaigns tailored to each social channel in alignment with MMG's social strategy.
Periodically compiles social reports.
Creatively crafts invitations, flyers, advertisements, and graphics as directed.
Assists with the creation of marketing & communication materials in collaboration with Comms.
team and external marketing firm.
Helps review, edit, and proof final documents, brochures, ads, newsletters, and other materials.
Periodically drafts agency & policyholder communications.
Manages routine public website content updates in partnership with external marketing firm and periodically compiles website reports.
Supports MMG's corporate community giving program by processing and logging payment for corporate community giving commitments.
Acts as Communications liaison to Change Agent Committee, participating in meetings and managing development of communications as needed.
Manages and enhances the Marketing Department's SharePoint website by uploading and organizing current resources.
Supports creation of MMG's annual report by compiling information and assisting with review of drafts.
Assists with summer internship video project planning and execution.
Monitors and updates Marketing resources on MMG's public and agency websites.
Catalogs digital and printed Marketing materials and coordinates with Comms.
team and printing vendor to order materials as needed.
Cultivates photo resource library and other materials to bolster MMG brand and MMG archives.
Provides support to the Home Office Marketing team by periodically conducting the following
Responsibilities:
Periodically assists with the Production of regularly scheduled reports from marketing database.
Periodically assists in planning and implementing company/agency events.
Periodically assists with corporate travel planning.
Periodically reviews and files lodging and car rental agreements.
Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
